This list covers 2009 up to 2029, it considers the winners of the "Character of the Year Award" (gender divided between 1983 to 2022, the newest award is general). it will be updated every new award publication. If in the future, the item limit in stacks is lifted or expand to 100, this will be merged with Part 1. Updated with the winners of 2022/2023 and 2023/2024.
